About This Role

As a Product Designer, you will gather feedback from users and leverage this knowledge to enhance the product experience. You will be an advocate for users, working to unify and streamline the product experience across the platform while supporting the design and maintenance of our design system. Ultimately, you will play a key role in shaping a world-class financial wallet solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make data-driven design decisions to improve the product experience.
• Map user journeys and flows to create a seamless user experience.
• Sketch, wireframe, and mockup screens and user flows iteratively, with varying levels of fidelity.
• Prepare and present design proposals to the team.
• Prepare screens and components for handoff to the engineering team.
• Work directly with the product and engineering teams to align technical aspects and business needs with user-centric design.
• Engage in backlog negotiation alongside your product and engineering peers.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
• Experience in the fintech sector.
• Familiarity with design thinking and human-centered methodologies or philosophies.
• Proficiency with Figma, including a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Experience working on a financial wallet product.
• Prior experience with complex applications, large distributed global teams, or highly regulated products.
