UX/UI Designer - B2B2C SaaS Platform

We are seeking a creative and analytical  UX/UI Designer to help shape user-centered products and features for our B2B2C SaaS platform. You’ll play a key role in designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences for hospitality professionals and their guests. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to transform ideas into elegant, functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and app platforms, balancing usability and aesthetics.
• Execute all stages of the design process—from concept development to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
• Ensure design consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
• Apply principles of visual design, such as typography, color theory, and layout, to create engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design with technical requirements.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and UX/UI best practices.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2B2C environments.
• Degree in Product Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with web and app interfaces.
• Ability to create cohesive user experiences that align with brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with scalable design systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to design.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience designing for hospitality, SaaS, or B2B2C platforms.
• Understanding of front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization or dashboard design.
