About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards;
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and efficient code;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in existing applications;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability;
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth;
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the .NET ecosystem and software development industry;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to ensure seamless delivery of projects;
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of robust and scalable solutions;
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools for project management and version control;
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, CosmosDB);
• Familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD);
• Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture;
• Certification in .NET or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00/15:00 - 00:00 – flexible(1 hour lunch break)

Hybrid Schedule: 4 days work from office, 1 day work from home
