Reporting Analyst

📝What kind of work will you be doing?

• Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for needs of Invoicing Operations department.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear, easy-to-comprehend and actionable manner.
• Customize reports to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver relevant insights.
• Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices and company policies.
• Develop and implement data quality checks and validation processes.
• Monitoring KPIs to achieve the goals of the department
• Work closely with IT, finance, marketing, operations, and other departments to gather requirements and deliver reports.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex data concepts.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Recommend and implement new technologies or methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

💼What we are looking for?

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of previous experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.q: Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
