We are on a mission to become a regionally recognized creative agency within 5 years helping companies unleash their creative output. Now we are looking for a Senior Graphic designer who is profoundly knowledgeable and passionate about creating high quality graphic design and helping our clients scale. 

Responsibilities

• Create world class graphics that align with our clients brand messaging and marketing objective
• Use a variety of tools and software to design and produce graphics (Adobe, Figma etc...)
• Maintain project files and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology to continuously improve skills and techniques
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts align with their brand identity and goals

Results

Performance is measured on 

• Metrics like response time, turnaround time and client satisfaction on a client level 
• On your ability to produce high quality design
• On your ability to “live” our company values on a day to day basis 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a creative design role focusing on graphic design (experience in Motion design is a plus)
• A portfolio demonstrated success in an agency environment
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate within and across teams.
• Proven ability to handle requests from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are completed on time according to client specifications 
• Actively using AI tools as part of your daily toolkit 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Stay updated with industry trends, infusing fresh ideas into our advertising strategies.
• Travel for company event once a year
