The Corporate Cybersecurity team’s responsibility is to guide, advise and protect Volvo Cars' and its customers by designing and embedding security in everything we do. Our security teams consist of experts in all areas of cybersecurity – cyber security defense center 24/7 operation and cyber defense products.

What You'll Do

Role Description:

You will reside in the Academy team within the Intelligence & Black Ops cluster in the Cyber Defense Center (CDC). The team works closely with the Threat Intel, SOC, and communications team amongst many other stakeholders.

You will play a key role in a team that is working on enhancing our global cybersecurity culture. Together you’ll develop and deliver an awareness program that equips employees at Volvo Cars with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize, prevent and mitigate security threats.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating content that engages employees across various roles and levels, organizing and leading crisis simulations, and continuously gather feedback and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. You will also manage
  • Work closely with stakeholders both within CDC and across the organization to ensure that cybersecurity awareness initiatives are aligned with Volvo Cars' needs and address the unique challenges faced by different departments as well as the global threat landscape.
  • Assess the effectiveness of our training programs, track key metrics, and iteratively refine the approach to ensure employees remain well-informed and vigilant in the face of evolving cybersecurity risks.

What You'll Bring

You are a proactive and experienced cybersecurity professional who is passionate about cybersecurity awareness, with extensive knowledge and understanding of how to build and implement an awareness program for a global audience.

We would like you to be a creative thinker and have a demonstrated ability in developing and delivering engaging training content based on the cybersecurity threat landscape.

To be successful we believe you have:

  • Hands-on experience in executing and delivering phishing simulations, crisis simulations and role-based training for different levels.
  • An understanding of how to analyze, report and present data that is related to training metrics and user behavior.
  • Lastly, you are a skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate and interact with a wide set of stakeholders as well as a non-technical audience, and you’re comfortable with presenting for various levels in an organization.
