UI Developer (React and TypeScript)

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer to join a one of our client´s team, a leading Scandinavian public transport provider. The role is to support the AI, ML, and GenAI Department in a high-paced, Agile environment. The consultant will collaborate with Developers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to create visually stunning, high-impact user interfaces that enhance AI-driven applications.

This position requires React & TypeScript expertise with a strong focus on UI aesthetics and usability. The team is working on cutting-edge AI projects using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Develop and implement high-quality React & TypeScript UI for AI-driven applications.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI design with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize UI performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Work with Material UI (MUI) and transition to Tailwind CSS if needed.
• Maintain UI consistency across different AI applications.
• Work independently and take full ownership of UI development and design decisions.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in React & TypeScript.
• Deep UI design expertise with an eye for aesthetics and usability.
• Portfolio showcasing UI design work is required.
• Experience with Material UI (MUI) and transitioning to Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI (or willingness to learn).
• Experience working in an Agile, high-paced environment.
• Self-driven and independent – ability to take full ownership of the UI.
