Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams towards Agile adoption, optimising workflows, and delivering exceptional results.
You will:
- Mentor and coach multiple Agile teams in adopting Agile practices
- Facilitate Agile events and ensure alignment across teams
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering Leads for seamless delivery
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the end-to-end flow
- Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage risks and make informed decisions to deliver maximum value
To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV:
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
- Proven coaching and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Passion for continuous improvement and optimisation
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools
