Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams towards Agile adoption, optimising workflows, and delivering exceptional results.

You will:

• Mentor and coach multiple Agile teams in adopting Agile practices
• Facilitate Agile events and ensure alignment across teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering Leads for seamless delivery
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the end-to-end flow
• Promote technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage risks and make informed decisions to deliver maximum value

To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV:

• 5+ years of experience working with Agile teams
• Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices
• Proven coaching and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Passion for continuous improvement and optimisation
• Experience with Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools
