UX Designer - Summer Trainee (Wroclaw)

Job Description

Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field. The internship usually lasts 3 months from July to September. Position: UX Designer – Summer Trainee

Duration: 3 months

Location: Poland, Wrocław

Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.09.2025

Education Recommendations: Computer Science, Graphic Design or similar

Network & Performance Engineering team creates unique connections between telco domain know-how, a wide range of well-designed tools and data science capabilities. Our main goal is to provide in-depth technical expertise for radio products with a focus on 5G solutions.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will:

• Improve the UI of our internal and external applications
• Ensure a high-quality user experience across dashboards, presentations, websites, and internal tools
• Refine existing applications and designing new solutions
• Support the team in UX research, prototyping, and UI consistency improvements
• Work with tools like: Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD)
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Active student status
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Ready to work full-time during the summertime
• Proven experience in UX/UI design or related areas, presented in a portfolio
• Excellent technical drawing abilities
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, and prototyping
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles
