Some of your responsibilities

• Support the design process for all UI/UX initiatives across HubX’s apps, from concept to final implementation.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for new features and improve existing screens.
• Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
• Create rapid wireframes and prototypes, conducting user testing and iterating based on results.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate best practices into your projects.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and studio standards.

What we look for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, problem-solving abilities, and design skills.
• Micro animations and animated videos are frequently used in our projects, so it is necessary to actively use LottieFiles and After Effects
• A growth mindset with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
