Our client is one the fastest growing and most successful new Crypto Market Making and Trading houses in the industry. Due to rapid growth they are looking for Systematic / Crypto/ Algorithmic Traders to join their market leading team.

The Opportunity

As a trader with our team, you will engage in market making and trading activities through systematic and algorithmic approaches, all while working under the guidance of industry experts. You’ll gain hands-on experience, benefit from mentorship, and work with cutting-edge technology to refine your skills and contribute to trading strategies across multiple asset classes. Required Skills

• Proficiency in trading, ideally within the crypto space, though experience in other asset classes is also highly regarded.
• In-depth knowledge of DeFi products, including their mechanisms and practical applications.
• Background working at a hedge fund, quant fund, systematic market maker, or a company focused on cryptocurrency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of effective teamwork.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of risk management principles, including the ability to evaluate and mitigate risks.
• Familiarity with Python programming.
