Project Manager - Talent Management

Contract: 6 - 12 months contract (renewable)

Employment: Outsourced through ManpowerGroup Middle East

Role Summary:

The Project Manager – Talent Management is responsible for leading and delivering key project milestones related to talent data gathering, competency assessment, and individual development planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the project schedule, budget, risks, and procurement
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute the action plan effectively.
• Support TMCB VP and will work closely with HR, Organizational Development (OD), and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Must Have:

• Project Management: Strong experience in scheduling, planning, procurement, risk management and execution of projects (preferably HR or Talent-related projects).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to coordinate teams from different departments and ensure effective execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate with HRBPs, TMCB , OD team, and senior leaders.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Proficiency in managing and interpreting employee data for decision-making.
• Process Mapping & Documentation: Experience in documentation best practices and process mapping.

Good to Have:

• Talent Management Expertise: Deep understanding of competency frameworks, skills assessment, and development planning.
• Learning & Development Knowledge: Familiarity with the 70-20-10 learning model and IDP design.

• Bachelors Degree holder
• At least 7 - 10 years of experience
