Golang Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Golang Developer in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams
• Designing and implementing algorithms
• Driving improvements in key metrics
• Enabling enterprises to build custom connectors
• Participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
  
  

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field preferred
• 8 years of experience
• Experience with popular frontend frameworks like React (nice to have)
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative culture
• Experience in building third-party app integrations and working with APIs
• Proficiency in backend technologies, especially Golang and Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills to translate user requirements into practical solutions
• Strong ability to lead projects cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to design algorithms for optimizing data ingestion, handling third-party rate limits, and improving sync performance
• Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting direction, and proactive in finding and addressing problems preferred
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
