UI/UX designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual design, and interaction design. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.

· Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

· Create visually appealing UI components that align with brand guidelines.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.

· Develop responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile platforms.

· Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

· Experience: [X] years of experience in UI/UX design.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) framework and Decision Boards to enhance user experience and product usability.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

· Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
