Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Agent Developer with expertise in LLMs, conversational AI, and autonomous AI agents. You will be responsible for building and optimizing AI-driven agents that can handle dynamic user interactions, automate business processes, and enhance customer engagement.

Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Agent Developer with expertise in LLMs, conversational AI, and autonomous AI agents. You will be responsible for building and optimizing AI-driven agents that can handle dynamic user interactions, automate business processes, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI agents that interact with users and automate tasks.
- Work with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, open-source models) to build conversational AI experiences.
- Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Implement memory, context handling, and multi-turn conversation flows.
- Integrate AI agents with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Optimize latency, cost, and performance of AI-driven workflows.
- Deploy and manage AI models in cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and autonomous agents.
- 1+ year of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI.
- Experience with LangChain, Letta, MemGTP, LlamaIndex, or similar AI agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and GoLang for AI integrations.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, or Milvus) for efficient retrieval.
- Experience with gRPC, ProtoBufs, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of multi-agent architectures (e.g., AutoGPT, BabyAGI).
- Exposure to streaming and real-time AI processing (WebSockets, Kafka, Pub/Sub).
