About the Role - [Project Management]

Responsibilities -

• Develop project plans and manage day to day project execution
• Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, and monitoring the project to keep projects on schedule, on budget, following appropriate IT standards
• Proactively identifies and resolves issues and risks
• Coordinates jointly with Client stakeholders across all work streams and directs activities that are under Birlasoft scope
• Responsible for creating and executing cutover plan, along with Client PMO
• Manage the consulting resources that are engaged on the project. Scheduling of resources to the agreed upon tasks and ensure that all project deliverables are completed as per plan
• Provide weekly project progress report
• Manage risks and issues, Stakeholder management
• Co-develop and co-deliver project status reports and status meetings for the joint project teams Participate in Change management and Organizational changes
