Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and C-suite executives, offering expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
• Assist investment teams and portfolio companies in formulating M&A strategies and executing transactions on a global scale
• Collaborate on due diligence processes, financial analyses, and valuation assessments to assess potential transactions effectively
• Provide expertise that extends beyond M&A, including capital structure optimization, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as advisors, investors, and industry professionals
• Oversee post-merger integration processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating smooth transitions
  

• Demonstrated success with a strong track record in M&A advisory, private equity, or investment banking
• At least 5 years’ M&A experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation methodologies
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions that drive business growth
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• With a good understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
