Job Description

We are looking for a PM of 2 families of ar conditioners (CAC and FJM) with strong market growth, and very strategic to the area. CAC market is undergoing a transition of technology and FJM is still a new market for Brazil. CAC is mostly commercial use, and FJM mostly residential, giving a wide range of applications to be developed.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Line Up Management: have a competitive portfolio against competitors
• Launch management: prepare effective GTMs files
• Pricing operation: define prices for profitability and competitiveness
• Oversee sales and sell out: monitor the performance of the product continuously.
• Achieve new weekly sell out levels to allow continuous growth.

Requirements

• Business Management, Engineering
• Professional Experience: 5 years or ore
• Specific knowledge / skills : Pricing, Marketing and Channel Management.
• Languages: English (must)

Preferred:

• INMETRO regulations and process
• Dealing with installers (or other influencer in the process)
• Availability for travelling
• Market Survey and Market Intelligence with limited data.
