Senior DevOps Engineer

You will be joining a leading Sydney-based organisation that has built a world-class platform and is now looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to their growing team.

In this role as a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be joining their engineering team to work on exciting new projects and own the architecture of their infrastructure. You must have a passion for new technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a key role to provide technical expertise and development activities, whilst working with like-minded people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain configuration management and automation systems
• Provide input into new technology and perform POC as and when required.
• Automated deployment, testing, failover and monitoring
• Work with engineering teams on various projects

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in AWS DevOps
• Experience in cloud deployment and continuous integration, EC2 and AWS cloud services
• Strong IAC capability, Terraform ideally
• Experience with Kubernetes is essential
• A background in Software development is highly regarded - ie Golang, Node or Java
