UX Copywriter at BairesDev

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a data-driven UX Copywriter who can craft clear, persuasive copy for web and mobile platforms. You'll be responsible for driving conversions and improving the user experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and validating your ideas through A/B testing and data analytics. What You'll Do:

- Write and optimize conversion-focused copy for web and mobile platforms.

- Collaborate with UX and Product teams to enhance user journeys and define key messaging.

- Plan and execute A/B tests to validate copy effectiveness.

- Analyze metrics to improve content strategy and conversion rates.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

What we are looking for:

- Must be located in Argentina or Uruguay.

- 5+ years of experience writing digital copy (web and/or mobile) with a focus on conversions.

- Proven track record in A/B testing and data analysis to optimize copy performance.

- Experience maintaining consistent brand voice across multiple touchpoints.

- Basic understanding of SEO principles (keyword usage, meta descriptions, etc.) to enhance discoverability.

- Experience with analytics tools (beyond basics) such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

- Advanced level of English.
