About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex cloud-native software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, experience managing offshore and decentralized teams, and the ability to present to C-Level stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure project success.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex cloud-native software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, experience managing offshore and decentralized teams, and the ability to present to C-Level stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cloud-native software projects from inception to completion
- Oversee and coordinate offshore and decentralized teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Apply project management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, etc.) to streamline processes
- Communicate effectively with C-Level executives, providing clear updates and insights
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure project quality
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience managing IT projects
- 5+ years of experience handling cloud-native software projects
- 5+ years of experience working with offshore/decentralized teams
- Certified in Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Strong ability to present to and engage with C-Level executives
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French or Dutch (preferably trilingual)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Background in enterprise software development or SaaS projects
- Hybrid work model (2 days in Brussels Midi, 3 days remote)
