We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Data Science Intern to join our team at Mistral AI. This role is based in Paris with an internship duration of 6 months. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with real-world data, machine learning models, and statistical analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing user behaviour and product usage to provide actionable insights
• Support the development and application of machine learning models and statistical techniques
• Help design and implement data-driven experiments to improve our products
• Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high data quality
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and visualisation to identify trends and patterns
• Communicate findings and insights effectively through reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing a degree in AI, data science, or a related field from a tier 1 engineering school or university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn
• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with SQL and working with structured data
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and statistical analysis
• Comfortable working with large datasets and data visualisation tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
• Self-starter with a strong interest in AI, data science, and product analytics
