Cybersecurity Consultant

Hobson Prior is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to help establish and manage cyber security capabilities at healthcare sites in France. This role focuses on enhancing collaboration and strengthening security measures in line with global guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings to stay updated on the latest security protocols and threats.
• Offer advice on implementing local cybersecurity controls.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents with the team.
• Develop and enforce local cybersecurity policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify threats.
• Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs.
• Manage vulnerability remediation activities.
• Prepare reports on cybersecurity for management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance departments.
• Update the team on new cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Advise on third-party security alignment.
• Provide a thorough handover of activities at the end of the service.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and threat management.
• Ability to develop and implement security policies.
• Experience in a similar role within a GMP environment
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing incidents.
• Skills in training and educating teams on cybersecurity practices.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in cybersecurity.
• Fluency in French and English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel between Calais, Meyzieu & Semoy.
