AI Futures are exclusively retained on a search for a world class AI Engineer. This is a rare opportunity to join a company who are on a trajectory to achieve unicorn status in the next few years. The company are offering equity to ambitious engineers who want to create personal wealth. You will be working directly with an experienced founder who raised Series A in 2024 and will close a mega Series B round in Q2. The timing to get into this company and the AI market will never be better than it is now.

They are pioneering a new era of customizable and controllable chatbots, combining generative AI with linguistic precision. They have a no-code platform that empowers businesses to deploy AI assistants efficiently. They already have over 150 AI assistants answering 20,000+ questions daily.

The Role:

• Help to create, test, and improve the existing no-code chatbot solution.
• Work with a team of Data Scientists and Engineers, in a collaborative research and development environment.
• Engage part of your time with clients; discussing ways to innovate their solutions and consult on how best to solve their pain points.
• Liaise with the team on future projects and use cases.
• Report to the Founder, in a team with a flat hierarchy.
• Grow within the company, with a possibility to lead a team within 2 years.

The Candidate:

• We are interested in candidates who are excited by text-to-SQL LLMs.
• We also want candidates with both a strong AI research background and commercial experience.
• 1+ years of experience as an AI Engineer.
• Good knowledge of Python, ML, LLMs & RAG.
• Experience working with Chatbots.
• Knowledge of Data Pipelines a bonus.
• Good communication and client facing skills.
• Fluency in German.
