About the Role

Development of dashboards, classic analytics and machine learning (ML) models for our go-to-market and customer engagement transformation. Support the development and implementation of DS&AI solutions that realize and evaluate the efficiency of our omnichannel approach. This includes working closely with team members supporting omnichannel initiatives and analyzing Promotional Mix, Recommender Models, Next Best Action, A/B Testing and Advanced Segmentation & Targeting. DS&AI Solutions can mean both developing and managing the application of specialized approaches in the areas of classification, regression, clustering, NLP/LLM, image analysis, deep learning, knowledge graphs and/or other advanced techniques with multimodal data. Support the evaluation of data sources and external data providers that bring innovative approaches to strengthen DS&AI products. Expand and manage industrial, academic or other data partnerships. Work with the Global Data and AI Community to ensure best practice approaches are developed and implemented.


Responsibilities

  • Completed studies in (business/medical) informatics, health economics, mathematics/statistics, data science or comparable many years of professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or a related industry (e.g. healthcare, consulting, market research, academia).
  • Track record for large end-to-end DS&AI projects with proven impact.
  • Knowledge of statistical and DS&AI techniques such as supervised and unsupervised machine learning (ML), deep learning or LLMs to solve classification, regression or other predictive analysis, as well as NLP, Generative AI using appropriate tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with (cloud) databases and business intelligence or DS&AI platforms (S3, Athena, Sage Maker, Git, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Above-average analytical and conceptual skills paired with a willingness to implement and assertiveness.
  • Customer-oriented, independent, structured way of working, strong in implementation and open-minded with communication skills across heterogeneous groups of internal colleagues and external employees.
  • Enjoy new working methods and innovative tools.
