TechHeads is partnered with a scaling organisation utilizing modern technology with a focus on AI and ML delivering solutions to enterprise-scale clients globally, seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer.

This is a new addition to their mid-sized team due to their continued success and growth. This position is for a Senior Full-stack Engineer looking to thrive in an innovative environment where you will have full visibility of the product lifecycle, contributing to end-to-end development.

In this role you will work with a modern tech stack fully hosted on AWS, this is a Full stack Software Engineer position seeking ReactJS and NodeJS or Python on the backend.

You will work closely with product teams to develop new features that address user needs and align with business goals. Additionally, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, cultivating a culture of growth and innovation. Your contributions to the design process will ensure our solutions are both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from the design phase through to the implementation phase of front-end solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from conception through to implementation.
• Mentor and support junior team members with code review and task management.
• Contribute to the development strategy of the overall organization and be involved in the decision-making process.

Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
• Extensive expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS or Python
• Proven track record of end-to-end solution delivery, including design
• Candidate must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 DOE
