Senior DevOps Engineer

Your day-to-day:

Own and manage the entire infrastructure as a one-person DevOps team, ensuring reliability and scalability
Build and optimize Private/Public Cloud-based platforms independently
Work closely with developers to support their needs while driving a DevOps-first mindset
Proactively analyze systems and implement necessary improvements
Develop and maintain self-service solutions to streamline operations
Advocate for best practices in automation, security, and scalability
Take full ownership of new ideas and projects, with the freedom to innovate and shape the future of DevOps team

Tech Stack:

Core fundamentals - Linux OS, Git, Automation, Networking, Database management, Cloud/On-premise computing,
Infrastructure as code - Ansible, Terragrunt/Terraform, Helm
Public/Private cloud - Google Cloud Platform
Containerization - Docker, Kubernetes
Scripting - Python, Bash
Observability - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
CI/CD - Gitlab CI/CD, ArgoCD

Your skills & experience:

Strong IT fundamentals (networking, OS, virtualisation, security, data management, programming, scripting and cloud computing)
Experience in designing, planning, delegating work and maintaining projects
Experience in creating and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in large scale environments
Experience with public or private cloud based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack etc.)
Advanced knowledge of CI/CD automation using GitLab CI or similar technologies
Expertise with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.)
Experience in design and implementation of successful automations (Ansible, Terraform/Terragrunt etc.)

Nice to have:

Experience with scraping industry would be an advantage.
Leadership in driving DevOps projects or owning whole areas
Mentorship and coaching experience
Project development experience with Go, Python or other programming languages

Salary:

Gross salary: 5800 - 7400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience
