Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract useful insights that inform strategic business decisions
- Develop, validate, and implement predictive models and statistical analyses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations based on data findings
- Create data visualizations and reports to present results and insights to non-technical audiences
- Monitor and maintain the performance of existing data models and implement improvements as necessary
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science methodologies and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role in a quantitative field
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience with databases (SQL) and data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings in a clear and actionable manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in a remote environment
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Assistance with relocation to Madrid, Spain
