We are looking for an experienced Change Manager (Independent Consultant) to drive and support organizational transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of change management methodologies, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Given the multicultural and multilingual nature of the environment, proficiency in French and English is mandatory, while Luxembourgish and German are highly valued to facilitate communication across various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Start date: April 2025.
Initial contract is for 1 year with extension following after.
Presence at client site in Luxembourg will be required 4 to 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and implementation of transformation strategies
- Analyse organizational culture, processes, and challenges to identify key levers for change
- Develop communication and training plans to facilitate the adoption of new tools and methodologies
- Coordinate and lead workshops with teams, business representatives, and IT management to drive engagement
- Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, adjusting the roadmap as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in change management, project management, or organizational transformation
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in French and English is required. Luxembourgish and German are a strong advantage
- Experience in a multicultural and dynamic environment with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and innovation
- Strong empathy and active listening skills to understand and address concerns
- Ability to manage complex situations and drive resolution
- Innovative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Passion for co-creation and continuous improvement
