Senior Project Manager

Brayton Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager for one of our prestigious client based in Luxembourg (on-site work).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in business requirements analysis, testing, and project management within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience and a proven track record in delivering complex financial and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirement elicitation and modeling to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define, validate, and implement solutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing efforts to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• In the absence of a degree, at least 7 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business requirement analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on involvement in at least 3 projects related to business requirements, testing, or project management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Familiarity with financial products such as loans, equity, and guarantees.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
