Salary: 110,000 CHF per annum

Overview:

Optimus Search has recently partnered with a market-leader in the finance industry in Bern, Switzerland, who are seeking an optimistic and confident Team Leader of Data Analysis to further develop the methodology of the supervised rating system.

Responsibilities:

• Head of Supervisory instruments and fundamentals of data-based supervision
• Expansion and optimisation of the tools for data analysis and reporting
• Establishing governance and centralising analyses and reports to improve supervision of supervised entities
• Management of the Data Innovation Lab, using machine learning methods such as natural language processing
• Coordination of the provision of data as well as the use and development of processing tools in coordination with the IT department

Requirements:

• Master's degree in data science, mathematics or a science with a tradition in the use of data
• At least 5 years of experience at a bank, insurance company or other financial institution
• Experiencing in processing and analysing data as well as in preparing and reporting results
• Fluency in German or French (C2) and strong knowledge of the other advanced proficiency of the other language as well as English (B2)
