HP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning Experience Program Manager to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Learning Enablement, part of the Talent & Learning (T&L) organization. This is a passionate, inventive, and highly collaborative team that serves as an integral partner with the business to develop leaders at all levels.

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating, administering, and optimizing various learning technologies to create a seamless, engaging, and effective learning experience for corporate learners at HP.
You will also partner with key HR Systems and IT to manage and expand platforms including SABA, EightFold AI, Degreed, Workday, SharePoint, Chronus, Udemy, and Arist to streamline learning processes, foster continuous development, and drive employee growth across the company.

The base pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Integrate and manage multiple learning technologies to ensure a unified, smooth learning experience for employees.
- Oversee the administration of learning platforms such as SABA, EightFold AI, Degreed, Workday, SharePoint, Chronus, Udemy, and Arist, ensuring they are fully optimized and accessible to learners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of learning content and processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to learners and administrators.
- Support the customization of learning solutions to meet the diverse needs of HP employees, including tracking progress and measuring learning outcomes.
- Monitor the performance of learning platforms and suggest improvements or new technologies that will enhance the learner experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards for learning management systems and employee development tools.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXPs – Experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms is a plus.
- Process Improvement and Design – Ability to evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Power Automate &/or Automation Anywhere – Ability to automate processes and tasks.
- Instructional Design – Familiarity with Instructional Design (ID) principles to create effective learning experiences.
- Affinity for New Technologies – Embraces AI and new solutions in learning technologies and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience working with HR Systems, HR IT, T&L operations, cybersecurity, and other business units.
- Customer-Centric Mindset – Always thinking of employees as customers and how your work contributes to HP’s success with customers.
- Growth Mindset & Continuous Learning – Willingness to adapt and evolve as new technologies and best practices emerge.
- SharePoint – Experience with SharePoint, including site administration, content management, and customization for learning content delivery.
- 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in Learning & Development program experience management, learning management systems administration, or L&D consulting.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Human Resource Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development)
- Udemy for Business Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- SABA Administrator Certification
