Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Ticket Go, you will be critical in shaping user experiences for our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance our customers' interaction with our services. This is a key role where your creativity and attention to detail will directly impact user satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

l Design and implement engaging, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

l Conduct user research, and usability testing, and analyze feedback to guide design decisions.

l Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

l Maintain platform consistency by developing and implementing UI/UX design standards.

l Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve designs and user experiences.

l Solve complex design problems with innovative and functional solutions.

Requirements:

l 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, working on web and mobile platforms.

l Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

l Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating clean, modern, and user-centric designs.

l Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) for effective collaboration with international teams.

l Ability to conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.

l Experience with responsive design and a strong understanding of mobile-first design principles.

l Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
