Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is a global partner providing intelligent information, software, and analytic solutions to manage credit risk and facilitate access to companies worldwide.

As Baltic's most significant credit information and management sector company, with over 25 other credit bureaus worldwide, they assist businesses in making the right credit decisions quickly, keeping debts under control while maximising business turnover and developing automated credit risk management solutions.

This is your opportunity to be crucial to developing and delivering credit risk models and lending strategies. To be hands-on with model and product development, risk analysis and support the Decision Analytics functions within the company.

Support the sales team in understanding client needs and providing viable solutions.

For a perfect match, you need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying statistical models.

• Statistical modelling / data analysis experience in R, Python, SAS or similar tools

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.


Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain credit risk models

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business and product development.

• Design and develop data-driven solutions to address business/ large B2B clients challenges.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the appropriate analysis parameters and performance measures to be applied

• Support the development of new analytical and data products and services, and the enhancement of current processes and methodologies.

• Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
