Salary:

  • Contract of Employment: 10,000 - 14,500 PLN gross/month
  • B2B Contract: 750 - 950 PLN net + VAT/day (depending on experience)
  • Work Model: Hybrid (Warsaw/Łódź/Gdańsk/Gdynia) – 3 days per week in the office


About the Project:

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support IT initiatives in a dynamic, agile environment. You will play a key role in coordinating multiple teams, driving technical risk mitigation, ensuring high-quality documentation, and facilitating meetings to keep projects on track. This role is ideal for someone with experience in PMO, project coordination, and strong analytical skills.


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging and motivating teams to align with the project vision and strategy.
  • Ensuring continuous collaboration with SD Tech Leads, Application Owners, and Agile teams.
  • Identifying and driving actions to mitigate technical risks.
  • Managing documentation, including asset registration and technical reports.
  • Supporting incident management processes.
  • Preparing and analyzing JIRA reports to monitor project progress.
  • Creating presentations and reports to communicate project status effectively.
  • Facilitating meetings, preparing materials, and documenting key discussions.
  • Supporting the tracking and reporting of OKRs and KPIs.


You're Ideal for This Role If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or IT project management.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Availability to work on-site in Warsaw or Gdańsk (3 days per week).


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of technical documentation best practices.
  • Understanding of cloud environments, DevOps, or IT infrastructure.
