Sr. MEP Estimation Engineer

We are hiring Sr. MEP Estimation Engineer

Job Functions:

• Review tender BOQ and perform quantity take-offs while soliciting competitive quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop preliminary cost estimates using design knowledge of HVAC, water, drainage, and fire fighting based on architectural drawings.
• Prepare a tender study report by analyzing the scope of work.
• Implement the tender strategy as directed by the proposals/estimation manager.
• Establish required direct cost resources for project execution activities.
• Compile technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender specifications.
• Assist in post-tender negotiations and participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits for project analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP Contracting field
