We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting business-critical applications, managing server environments, and cloud infrastructure. This role involves configuring and managing Docker, CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and AWS cloud services, along with server and cloud administration.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for applications, resolving technical issues.
• Set up and maintain Docker environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated deployments.
• Handle cloud infrastructure on AWS and perform server administration tasks.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system security.
• Collaborate with development teams for smooth feature deployment.

• Expertise in Docker, CI/CD tools, Jenkins, and AWS services.
• Experience with server and cloud administration.
• Strong problem-solving and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• AWS certifications or relevant credentials are a plus.
