About the position

• Good foundation and practical experience in executing multiple ML Projects
• Strong statistical background professionally or academically
• Graded Certifications or a degree in Machine Learning is a must
• Expertise with ML concepts like: Classification algorithms, regression, clustering and semi-supervised learning
• Exposure to ML Explainability
• Familiarity with Time Series concepts like AR, ARIMA, SARIMA, Exponential Smoothing, etc
• Familiarity with Neural networks and time dependent neural networks like GRUs and LSTMs.
• Proficiency in utilizing any of the public cloud providers for designing, building and deploying enterprise grade ML solutions.
• 15+ years of total experience with minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Practical knowledge in analyzing security and system vulnerabilities using ML.

Scope:

• Collaborates with other Consulting Engineers in appropriate technology domains to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs
• Typically interacts with individual contributors, managers, and customers regularly

Complexity:

Solves highly complex problems and can identify viable and often innovative options, and uses analytical skills and judgement to recommend an appropriate solution.

What you’ll bring

• Strong professional background in NLP
• Familiarity with concepts such as Attention Mechanism, Self Attention, Multi-headed attention and transformer models
• Experience in working with different Open Source LLMs
• Practical exposure to different fine-tuning techniques such as PEFT, Full Fine-tuning, etc
• Experience with deployment of LLMs on CPU / GPU based environments and inference scaling
• Familiarity with implementing RAG with LLMs
• Exposure to any of the public cloud infrastructure designed for training / tuning LLMs such as AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex
• 12+ years of total experience with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
