Purpose Of The Job

A global pharmaceutical company specializing in innovative healthcare solutions sought to enhance its digital infrastructure. We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to maintain and enhance our recommendation engine for our enterprise data visualization platform. You'll work with techniques like collaborative filtering algorithms and matrix operations to dynamically improve content discove for our users.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Design and maintain sophisticated recommendation systems using implicit feedback data

Fine-tune ML models for content personalization and user behavior analysis

Implement comprehensive A/B testing frameworks for recommendation improvements

Collaborate with backend team on API integration and performance optimization

Monitor and improve recommendation quality metrics using advanced analytics

Design and implement real-time recommendation serving systems

Education, Skills And Experience

MUST HAVE:

5+ years of Python development experience with strong focus on ML production systems

Deep expertise in recommendation systems and collaborative filtering algorith

Hands-on experience with RecTools, Implicit, LightFM, or similar recommendation libraries

Advanced proficiency with scientific Python stack (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-le)

Strong AWS cloud platform expertise, particularly with SageMaker and ML services

Experience with Docker containerization and ML model deployment

Proficiency in optimization techniques for large-scale recommendation systems
