UI DEVELOPER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Angular Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a global technology company specializing in self-service payment solutions and digital customer engagement for the retail petroleum industry. Headquartered in New Zealand, they offer a range of innovative products designed to enhance the customer experience at fuel stations and retail locations. The solution is designed to provide secure, fast, and reliable payment processing at fuel dispensers. These terminals support various payment methods, including EMV, NFC, and mobile payments. This software platform enables remote management and monitoring of payment devices. It includes features for security, diagnostics, and real-time updates, facilitating efficient operation and maintenance. The solutions allow for remote monitoring and management, reducing downtime and maintenance costs while ensuring devices are always up-to-date and secure. The client operates in multiple countries and serves many clients, from small independent fuel retailers to large multinational chains.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in AngularJS and Web Components.
• Familiarity with BFF design patterns and their implementation.
• Experience in agile UI design, including user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric design principles and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
• Ability to author low-fidelity and high-fidelity UI mockups in close collaboration with product managers. Ensure UI/UX standards emerge and are reutilized.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using AngularJS and Web Components.
• Implement BFF design patterns to streamline communication between the frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate customer jobs-to-be-done into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
