POC Project Coordinator

Position: POC Project Coordinator (Paid Internship) – Real Estate Tokenization

Location: Hybrid (France-based preferred)

Duration: 2 to 4 months (Full-time)

Start Date: ASAP

Reports To: CEO, Toqenize

About Toqenize

Toqenize is pioneering real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, leveraging blockchain, AI, and DePIN to revolutionize real estate finance. 

We are launching a Proof of Concept (POC) in Real Estate toknization. We are looking for a motivated intern to support the end-to-end execution of this initiative.

What You Will Do

1. Help Recruit POC participants

- Conduct market research to identify participants that could benefit from real estate tokenization. 

- Assist in outreach to potential participants.

- Prepare emails, presentations, and reports for participants.

- Support negotiations and coordination with participants.

2. Assist in Organizing Webinars & Meetings

- Help plan and execute informational webinars on tokenization and blockchain for participants.

- Prepare materials and case studies for presentations.

- Support guest speakers and expert Q&A sessions.

3. Support Onboarding & Implementation of the POC

- Assist in managing the onboarding process for participants.

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of assets into the Toqenize platform.

- Help coordinate legal and regulatory reviews.

4. Track Progress & Report Results

- Monitor engagement levels and collect feedback from participants.

- Assist in creating progress reports and impact assessments.

- Contribute to the final POC report and recommendations for future scaling.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Blockchain, or a related field.

- Interest in real estate, blockchain, or financial innovation.

- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

- Fluent in English + another European language (French, Spanish, or German preferred).

- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
