BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide support in executing all store projects within the USA and LATAM region by coordinating internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with ZEGNA's brand image and business objectives, while adhering to the approved budget.

In This Role, You Will

Support the Store Project Management US Team in the following activities:

  • Manage budget, project timelines, and quality control;
  • Assist the Senior Store Project Manager in selecting suppliers and negotiating terms and contracts;
  • Coordinate all external project contributors, including executive architects, local architects, general contractors, and suppliers, in line with the Company’s General Agreements;
  • Ensure the correct progress of the project schedule and on-site works through regular site visits and meetings;
  • Oversee the movement of materials to maintain adequate supply levels and ensure timely distribution to meet market demands;
  • Perform technical activities to maintain existing stores in compliance with local and corporate standards, aligned with the approved budget.

  • Previous 6-month experience (at least) in the role is considered as a plus;
  • University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering);
  • Analytical skills;
  • Time and process management abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal relations;
  • Good knowledge of: Autocad, Photoshop, MS Project Knowledge, Word and Excel;
  • High flexibility and reactivity;
  • Fluent English and Italian, other languages are considered as a plus;
  • Availability to attend business trips.
