Key Responsibilities

• Developing a strategic vision and roadmap for the Payment Gateway, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and merchant requirements
• Conducting in-depth market analysis, including competitor research, best practice studies, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance the product
• Engaging with stakeholders (merchants, internal teams, top management) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize business processes
• Collaborating with development, UX/UI, analytics, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and analyzing user feedback to validate the usability and effectiveness of implemented features
• Monitoring key payment platform metrics (conversion rates, payment acceptance rates, customer satisfaction) and implementing improvements
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from customer support and merchants, translating identified issues into concrete product improvements
• Ensuring seamless integration of the payment product with other components of the company’s ecosystem (APIs, security systems, analytics, etc.)
• Supporting and fostering internal training processes and knowledge sharing within the team
  
  

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the payment solutions ecosystem: payment orchestration, PSPs (payment service providers), acquiring, payment schemes, and anti-fraud systems
• Experience with merchant back-office systems, including transaction management, new payment method integration, analytics, and reporting
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
• Strong skills in managing complex B2B products, with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction
• Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI) and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams, as well as external partners
• Understanding of API integrations and their role within the payment solutions ecosystem
• Commitment to continuous product improvement, based on a deep understanding of customer needs
• English proficiency at B2+ level for communication with international partners.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, KYC/AML, PSD2, Open Banking, and other payment industry regulations
• Knowledge of SQL and database querying skills for independent data analysis
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental methodologies
