Job Description

On this position you will:

Logistics & Product Management

• Coordinate parcel shipments via Nova Poshta, including creating waybills (ТТН), sorting, packaging, and dispatching items.
• Manage sample write-offs, including documentation, approvals, and delivery coordination.
• Organize product/samples logistics, including mockups, listings, and deliveries.
  
  

Document Management

• Process WBS and purchase orders in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
• Handle supplier documentation via DocOnline and ensure timely approvals.
• Support customs clearance for warranty spare parts.
  
  

Office Support

• Maintain product/sample organization in the office.
• Compile photo reports for equipment placement and oversee marketing materials production.
• Manage contact directories and provide access to the Recipe Library.
  
  

Qualifications

• Higher education
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
• Time management
• Creativity (e.g., updating catalogs, creating POS materials, etc.)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Canva is a plus)
• Interest in design
• Good knowledge of English
• Experience in a similar position is a plus
