The Product team conceptualises and builds technology driven products and solutions that empower our customers to shop for the highest quality meat products and ensures a seamless, smooth flow of our products to our customers’ doorstep. Our primary areas of focus involve building a premium, intuitive meat buying experience, driving revenue and user growth, building a comprehensive data platform, manufacturing, planning, inventory management and delivery experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire an Associate Product Manager as a part of the Consumer Product team who will be responsible for building the meat buying experiences and building new customer behaviours to drive sustainable growth.
The APM will focus on areas like Storefronts & Checkout and will also work towards discovering and building new category experiences. This is a cross functional role where you’d be working very closely with other PMs, Growth, Category, Brand and Operations teams to drive the key business outcomes while keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything.
- Take complete ownership of the core shopping experience of a few key categories
- Identify customer needs, market trends, opportunities that drive meat shopping in India.
- Define a clear execution strategy to achieve our strategy. Be able to straddle multiple priorities, identify constraints in the system and trade-offs.
- Identify and prioritize key user problems to be solved, solutions and relevant systems to be built for them
- Conceptualise requirements, articulate them in detail in PRDS, wireframe user flows and work closely with the product design team to crystallize them into final designs.
- Execute requirements in well defined sprints with engineering PODs.
- Inspire and influence your team to achieve their key goals by evangelizing and driving consensus around the product vision, strategy, goals and execution plan.
Must Have Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in product management in a consumer facing area in a consumer internet business
- Good understanding of UI/UX with an ability to craft groundbreaking user experiences by combining data and user research
- Has a customer obsessive mindset. Is able to visualise customer wants and needs and be their spokesperson in the organisation.
- Has an unending desire to drive quality execution with excellence. Has an outcome oriented mindset to drive organisational goals.
- A high agency individual with a demonstrated ability to deliver stretch goals in an ambiguous, innovative, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ideate and execute solutions strategically while keeping a tab on short and medium term goals.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders across different levels, enabling a growth mindset within the organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Machine Learning, AI and Personalisation is a plus.
- Experience in a high growth consumer internet business.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX with an ability to craft groundbreaking user experiences by combining data and user research
- Startup and B2C/D2C experience is a big plus
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- MBA/PGDM or advanced degree in a relevant stream
