Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager looking to drive a multi-year, large-scale transformation. This is your opportunity to lead critical projects in collaboration with major stakeholders and delivery partners, shaping the future of technology and business operations.



As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic IT and business initiatives, collaborating with IT teams, integration partners, and key stakeholders. Your ability to manage programs, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships will be essential in ensuring success.



A key aspect of the role will be managing relationships with senior executives, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. You will lead negotiations, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic decision-making to achieve project success.



Qualifications

  • Advanced experience in Project, Program, and/or Portfolio Management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage concurrent projects involving the development, migration, and integration of enterprise applications and associated data, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Strong and proven experience in Agile and Scrum practices to enhance project flexibility, responsiveness, and delivery speed.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and collaborative project execution.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with proven negotiation expertise
  • Expertise in developing integrated schedules and financial management
  • Agile delivery experience or exposure
  • Program Management Certification (AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director, PMI-PMP, etc.)
    Agile Certification (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience in higher education, mergers & acquisitions, or IT Operating Models (highly desirable)
