About The Team/role

Estamos em busca de uma Analista de Growth dinâmica e proativa, que combine habilidades analíticas com uma forte capacidade de execução. Nesta posição, você terá um papel fundamental no planejamento, implementação e otimização de estratégias para canais de aquisição de passageiros, monitorando a performance e a eficiência dessas iniciativas.

Se você possui mentalidade de startup, busca constantemente maneiras de gerar valor e otimizar processos, gosta de desafios e não tem medo de colocar a mão na massa, você é a pessoa certa para a nossa equipe!

In this role, you'll be...

• Definir e executar estratégias de canais de aquisição de passageiros, com foco em eficiência financeira e crescimento sustentável.
• Operacionalizar campanhas de aquisição em nossos sistemas, visando o atingimento das metas mensais.
• Monitorar a performance das campanhas e reportar os principais resultados para a equipe de forma clara e objetiva.
• Construir análises de dados para compreender a qualidade dos usuários e gerar insights sobre o perfil dos novos passageiros.
• Sugerir, estruturar e conduzir testes e experimentos voltados à otimização de custos e ao aumento da retenção de usuários, promovendo a melhoria contínua da estratégia.

• Perfil hands-on, com disposição para se envolver diretamente na execução das estratégias e campanhas.
• Orientação a dados e pensamento crítico para transformar insights em ações concretas que impulsionem o crescimento.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados, como SQL, Excel e Google Sheets.
• Disposição para aprender e se aprofundar em novas ferramentas e estratégias.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto oral quanto escrita.
