Are you our next UX/UI Designer?

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to collaborate with clients in delivering innovative design solutions that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive design systems. Your focus will be on designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are both visually appealing and accessible to all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to deliver tailored UX/UI solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma to visualise and plan user interfaces.
• Develop and document personas, user stories, and information architecture to understand and map user behaviours and requirements.
• Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive, usable designs for diverse audiences.
• Design responsive layouts and ensure an optimal user experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Develop and document design systems for designers and developers to follow, ensuring consistency in UI elements.
• Apply principles of typography and colour theory to craft visually appealing, readable designs.
• Present design concepts clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary education in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Technology, User Experience).
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Ability to create clear and well-documented design systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and crafting designs that balance both aesthetics and functionality.

While experience with WordPress may be beneficial, it is not a requirement for this position. This role is primarily focused on UX/UI design, with a strong emphasis on user experience and interface design.
