About the Role 


The Digital & Technology Manager role is designed to manage, support and enable all technical and digital requirements for Amaze. The role will work across the organisation providing expert guidance and assistance to teams, overseeing the use of technology and delivery of any new software or updates to existing systems. This will be achieved by providing a central point of contact for all system requirements across the organisation, as well as leading the identification, documentation, and resolution of related issues, risks, and changes to software, hardware, systems, networks and other existing data management systems. The role is also responsible for supporting a team of ICT, data and evidence and digital communication team members.  


Key Responsibilities 


  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, software, and hardware, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance. 
  • Manage, support and enable end-to-end delivery of software and hardware operations and projects, in line with the digital/technical strategy ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. 
  • Develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and disaster recovery plans. 
  • Provide technical support, training, and solutions to staff, ensuring effective system use and change management. 
  • Lead and develop the IT & Digital team which includes ICT, digital communications and operations, data and evidence, driving improvements and delivering the digital strategy. 
  • Monitor IT performance, analyse support metrics, and report key insights to leadership. 


About You 


We’re looking for someone who is: 


  • Formally qualified in IT/IS and/or has related experience. 
  • Experienced in development, business analysis and/or the project management space. 
  • Experienced in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, software, and hardware, with a strong focus on security and efficiency. 
  • Recent experience working with Salesforce. 
  • Skilled in leading IT projects, budgets, and external providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 
  • Knowledgeable in IT policies, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery planning. 
  • Able to provide technical support, training, and change management to enhance systems. 
  • Strong leadership abilities to develop teams and drive digital strategy. 
  • Analytical mindset to monitor IT performance, interpret data, and report insights to leadership 

Desirable:  


  • Experience working with Autistic people and their families/carers or the community in some way. 

A WWCC and National Police Check will be required if successful (paid by Amaze).
