Email Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced email designer to join the team of No Limit Email Agency.

As an email designer, you will be responsible for creating designs for up to 15 six/seven/eight-figure accounts. 

But of course, we’ll manage your daily capacity so you’re not overloaded (we’re not monsters).

💡 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually appealing and effective designs that communicate the message of the clients' brands.
• Build responsive design layouts, device breakpoints, and workarounds for limitations of email clients/browsers
• Implement designs in Klaviyo after approval
• Communicate proactively to confirm requirements, timelines and status of work requests.
• Maintain a library/archive of campaigns and assets for easy reference

Your day-to-day will include…

• Consistent preparation to bring excellence in client meetings, team interactions, and individual work on a daily basis.
• Clearly articulate and communicate account performance in relation to the client’s growth targets. Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues and develop solutions.
• Working closely with copywriters to ensure emails are designed according to their vision
• Working closely with strategists to ensure emails are aligned with the strategic objective of the email
• Establishing credibility and earning the trust of existing clients

🧠 WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Minimum 2+ years of agency or in-house email design experience is strongly preferred

Proven track record in designing ecommerce emails (aka you have case studies and examples to prove)

• Strong innovative skills
• Proactiveness to correct copy when you spot typos
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva etc)
• MUST be able to build email designs inside Klaviyo.

Familiarity with Klaviyo, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Canva required. 

Experience with apps like Spellbound for interactive emails, justuno/postscript/amped/optimonk for pop ups preferred, but not necessary.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Possess basic knowledge of email marketing best practices
• Deadline-oriented and able to design successfully under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• MUST be able to speak fluent English.
